Overview
This training covers topics from all 12 parts of ISO 26262. ISO 26262:2018 is the state-of-the-art functional safety standard for automotive manufacturers and suppliers. SRES instructors lead this training as senior industry practitioners with experience implementing functional safety lifecycles across global OEM and supplier development programs, supporting practical application beyond theoretical interpretation of the standard.
The curriculum uses practical examples and exercises to support understanding of the standard’s key concepts and requirements. The live format allows for active discussion of how ISO 26262 is applied throughout the automotive industry. An optional exam to obtain the FS Engineer (TÜV Rheinland) certificate in Automotive is offered after completion of the training.
