Overview

This half-day introductory training provides an overview of automotive cybersecurity using ISO/SAE 21434:2021. It is designed for managers, engineers, and other professionals who are unfamiliar with automotive cybersecurity and need to understand the standard’s key concepts, lifecycle activities, organizational responsibilities, and product-development requirements.

The course introduces organizational cybersecurity management, vulnerability management, the cybersecurity development lifecycle, Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA), product-development and post-development activities, incident response, and the end of cybersecurity support. It helps participants recognize the organizational infrastructure and engineering activities needed to work toward the objectives of ISO/SAE 21434.
