Training Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 21 days or more before the first day of training are eligible for a full refund of the participation fee or a one-time referral to a future training. There is no refund for cancellation of a second time.
Partial Refunds:
- 20 to 7 days before the training: 50% refund of the participation fee
- 6 days or fewer before the training: 25% refund of the participation fee
Substitute Attendees Welcome:
If you’re unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute participant at no additional cost. Substitutions are accepted up to the start of the training.
How to Cancel:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the training provider (jody@sres.ai or gokul@sres.ai). The effective date of cancellation is based on the first day of the scheduled training.
Training Date Changes & Cancellations by the Provider:
We strive to deliver every training as scheduled. However, in rare cases, we may need to adjust dates or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances.
Rescheduling Changes:
We reserve the right to change the training date for organizational reasons (e.g., low enrollment, trainer illness). If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative options that best suit your schedule.
Cancellation by the Provider:
If we must cancel a training and no suitable alternative is available or accepted, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
